Apply for Customer Support at Scentech

Thanks for your interest in joining the Scentech team! Before we schedule a call, we ask every applicant to submit one short video. This helps us get to know you and your experience faster than a written form ever could.


What to do

Record one video, 2–3 minutes, one take — no editing needed. A phone recording or Loom is perfectly fine. Cover these three things, in order:

A note on timing: coverage is during CET afternoon/evening hours, roughly 2pm–10pm CET. Please only apply if that window works for you.

  1. Introduce yourself

    Your name, where you’re based, and which customer support tools you’ve worked with (Intercom, Zendesk, Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, or similar).

  2. Your availability

    We need coverage during CET afternoon/evening hours (roughly 2pm–10pm CET). Please confirm this works for your schedule, and be specific about your availability.

  3. Your impact in e-commerce / DTC customer service

    Tell us about a specific situation from an e-commerce or DTC brand where something you did made a real difference — for example, turning around an unhappy customer so they stayed instead of asking for a refund, spotting a pattern in complaints that led to a fix, improving response times, or increasing customer lifetime value. Walk us through the situation, what you did, and the result (numbers if you have them).
